			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lotto News had some issues with distribution in addition to the ones Tique mentioned above. Convenience store owners usually can return unsold copies of publications they put on racks in their stores for a partial refund of what they paid for it. A store owner I know personally told me that Lotto News/Stats did not pay for returned unsold copies so most store owners reluctantly took only a few copies of either Lotto News or Lotto Stats. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>No, they could not find a buyer. Steve Allensworth had a medical emergency and could not assist with the publication. Roy Siano said it was too much for one person to handle, plus the increased expenses for columnists and printing and distribution had become unmanageable. Personally, I liked getting the online downloads - a day earlier than the physical copy (for the same reason Davelets mentioned). It would be great to see the combined issue(s) come back, but I don&#x27;t see it happening.
