It looks like S$ isn't getting enough attention so they decide negative attention is better than nothing.

I've won on QPs and SPs too with 3 + 1 being my best. At $1 a line with a $225,000 jackpot and pretty nice secondary prizes, IMO worth playing.

Whether you choose to believe it or not doesn't change the facts, and the facts are QP's win more often than self picks, because more people buy QP's than self picks. If more self picks were sold than QP's then self picks would win more often.

I usually buy one ticket, a self pick that I play every draw, but I also got a couple QP's this time. Got the bonus ball on the self pick. Will try it again Monday. Real nice jackpot.

Only problem with 2 Step when it gets over $1 million is it's not uncommon for more than one winner, with a lot more players jumping in. I don't want to share, LOL.

At lunch I bought 5 QPs. Two things jumped out. First time I can remember buying 5 QPs where all 10 digits didn't least make one appearance. Seemed odd. The waitress noticed the same thing. Not on the habit of buying QPs so that might account for it.

Two, all the bonus balls were odd numbers.

And the waitress wants to know if I win and her cut.

There is some truth that a million dollar draws a lot of eyes. Hard to imagine anyone outside the US would focus on that when Powerball is over a billion though.

The Texas game has been cutting edges lately. Also showing some of the stranger sets. Probably the reason it has gotten so high.

Based on the replies, you and me might be the only ones on this thread that actually played the game. Or they don't know to win the jackpot there are 25 and 35 bonus numbers. Just guessing but the $1.125 million jackpot is probably why there is an interest in Texas Two Step.

Nothing wrong with talking strategy for pick 3. It pays the same for all the winners. But jackpot games are different.
