It's quite simple, the ping pong balls that you see on the live drawings is computer generated from a state lottery official who punches algorithms in a computer or uses software programs to generate a winning lottery number. They did away with the traditional style of pulling ping pong balls from a bingo wheel because they can be tampered with, just like having loaded dice in a dice game. The reason is number of tickets (lines sold) which is population. Also CA spends more money per person on tickets. They buy a lot!

If in all states that play only one single person in the State bought a ticket, but in California every person in the State bought a ticket, the odds of the line of numbers coming up for everyone in all States is the same, 292 million to one.

BUT 40 million lines of numbers mean the odds for California wining go way up. Just like if you buy $10 dollars worth

For those that believe the PB or MM system is rigged, could you tell me EXACTLY HOW that would be done with the ping pong balls?? Also, if it isn't too much trouble, would you make your arguments reasonably believable , please and thanks.

That is exactly what I'm saying in response to your statement. The staff of the MUSL have the capabilities to pick the numbers for each drawing and choose which state to win despite the software and secured lottery equipment used is supposedly be random number generated . The new lottery equipment is designed to have fair integrity of the Powerball and Mega Millions games after the Eddie Tipton conspiracy. I know the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot is astronomical with a chance of 1 in 292.2 million but how in the hell the state of California is winning ALL the billion dollar jackpots including the last four ?
