Your view of segments/groups is correct. Larger the chunks taken off, lesser combinations left to filter further.

Shrink the overall combinations...

I thought about it myself. I see it as a Game of Groups.

You Create your own Game by Selecting from Groups.

You have your Collectors. Groups with larger inventories.

Then you have the Eliminators. These tend to be smaller Inventories that kill numbers in the Collectors Inventory.

Testing with a goal of 13 Numbers.

Group them your own way or do what others have written about.

Then Play a game of Finders Keepers.

Playing alone(no pool) and expecting 10 tickets to have winning numbers in one line is really hard on us.

Long term trends and short term trends : classify and target. play as many draws instead of magically hitting on one day with softwares and intutions.

write on paper... This is why eliminating large chunks as filter parameters is best. Or fixing on 1 option out of multiple chunks ...

Sometime ago while playing the Cash 5 game in my State I developed what I called A WHEEL WITHIN A WHEEL to compliment my (15) fifteen selected numbers. The first nine (9) numbers in the wheel guaranteed a 3 out of 3 win. The last six (6) numbers in the wheel guaranteed a 2 out of 2 win. You can see the strategy here and the desired match-up.

Haven't gotten around to doing anything more on this. I was hoping the other person would come back with more insight.

I'll be busy doing some rewrites and getting a new totals file to see where we stand with the Texas 435.

Doing as little as I can get away with today. The plan is to have my yearly drink and celebrate my 121st birthday relaxing.

See 7 now?

It was projected with 3, 35 which hit on the 16th.

Notice the 1,29 with the 22 bonus hit on 10/9 and the 13,14 hit on the 23rd.

I'm always looking to improve what I do and not disappointed when projections hit in pretests.

You can only do so much and the rest is luck of the draw.

I'm going to turn over a few ways. See where it goes.

I need to find a new set of pet numbers after last night. Once of the pretest popped out 7 14 22 31....I've been playing 9 14 22 31 all this month. The lottery is making a habit of busting pairs or sets in the pretests.

You know they like me because they aren't blocking my picks.

Hey guy! Didn't expect to be back until Tuesday since I started running this stuff.

You hit it perfectly with your summation. The mixed groups price the most hits. In the Texas 435 the set 2222 is the leader with 1904 hits. The second most hits is the 1322 way back at 1250.

Each group is right on the expected frequency.

Lot of good detail can be found for help selecting combinations. You mentioned the extreme sets. The 0404 (all odd/all low) set contains only one combination with... [ More ]

The fact is that, the all evens and all lows are appearing lesser number of times because there are that many combos only in those patterns or groups. I know We all are aware of it. Similarly All low and all highs.

Beyond L/h, e/o, i/o and many other patterns and groupings also fall under the same.

Betting on equal chance groups is better than varying degree of odds groups.

Doesn't look like the other person is coming back with his 5group/5set idea.

So I gave it shot. Easiest way to find 5groups Ina 435 game is to use the even/odd groups. We have 4/0 even, 3/1 even, 2/2, 1/3 odd, 0/4 odd.

We can name the whatever we want.....say, Danged, Doggone, Dadblamed, Goshdarned, and Perdiliddle..

Now we need 5 sets to put I each group. And for that I'd suggest the natural high/low that gives the same breakdown (4/0 to 0/4).
