			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am still searching for the best way, but what I do now is to look at the last number drawn for each position. Last night the PA pick 3 evening first ball was an 8. I wrote a filter that goes through the whole history of that position and generates a list of every number that followed an 8. My first attempt at a pick was the most frequently occurring number in that list (the statistical mode , but that proved to be unreliable.
