			<description><![CDATA[<p>At the moment I&#x27;ve got tickets from NY, PA, and DE handy and they&#x27;re the same width as close as I can tell by lining them up and looking. It&#x27;s possible, but I doubt any state is dumb enough to let their vendors make terminals that use different sizes, and therefore require stocking multiple sizes and sending the right size. The terminal would probably work with a generic paper roll (possibly even a slightly different width) from an office supply store, but the tickets wouldn&#x27;t be valid because t... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/349309/7511773">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>In PA, the roll of paper has a bar code just like a pack of scratch off tickets, the clerk has to scan it in to activate it, the tickets have preprinted serial numbers on the back where you sign a winner.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Today while getting a Powerball ticket at a Quick Trip, I asked why their fast-processing machine wasn&#x27;t working yesterday. The clerk said it was because the machine ran out of paper, and they had to wait on the lottery service to deliver more paper that was specific for that store.<br /><br />What I found interesting is that the clerk said the paper was store specific. Maybe as fraud prevention in case someone figures out how to thermally print a fake ticket after a draw</p>]]></description>
