If you see a vehicle towing a boat jot down the trailer numbers. If the vehicle and boat match the numbers are guaranteed to win.

Trailers with lawn mowers, jet skis, horses, cows, pigs or chickens don't work as well.

I just don't understand the effectiveness of the last sum digit concept. I have an idea, but can someone break it down, as it applies to the Pick 3?

I ran the numbers for the last 7 days of PA's pick 3, and this was the result:

But the whole of 2024, it looks like this:

I just don't see the effectiveness.
