back in the day, Jersey boys' ran numbers off the stock exchange---and if you weren't one of 'the boys' and wanted to run a game, your prize money was off the last 3 numbers of the days take at the horse races. thats what I remember.

Not sure, if you watch some of the live drawing videos sometimes the hosts are calling the numbers before the balls even stop especially with the powerball and megaball numbers. I emailed them asking if the drawing videos are actually live and stated that on certain videos there's no way to know the number before the ball stops....their response was the announcers have been doing it for awhile so they are really good at it.....?smh! The Bookies were using the PA pick 3 results and became suspicious after an unusual number of large bets were placed on the eight combos using 4 and 6 . Even though the legal PA Lottery payoff was a record, it was the illegal lottery and the people playing other numbers that were cheated.

I dunno man! Been playing for 20 years. And never won anything worth talking about. Stopped buying local tickets since they switched to rng. I just play mm and pb now. I literally lost all my excitement to play anymore. My mom buys scratchers rarely. And they even seem horrible. I just think theres less winners in the packs to make more money. And 80% of the time the last grand prize in the scratch game mysteriously never gets sold. And the game ends. I just have no faith in the lottery anymore

It would depend on how it's rigged. Eddie Tipton had friends and relatives who knew it was rigged, and it turned out fairly well for most of them. Other than the prizes being split, everybody still had exactly the same odds of picking the winning combinations.

Especially VTracs.

-If a certain VT digit hasn't hit in awhile,you have 2 digits to choose from rather than 1

So playing certain combos with either digit in them seems like a good play fore the moment.

I'd probably go with the one that has hit most recently or frequently of the 2 since being cold in X amt of draws.

-With VT pairs, you'll have a choice of 4 digits to play.

I find Vtracs very useful in narrowing down choices.
