I'm sure in there novel written book size rules they have. There's some kinda legal jargon that they cannot be held liable. Just like when a slot machine malfunctions. Its a woopsie where not paying you. Theres a lawsuit going on right now. With a casino. Also a lawsuit with one of the big multi state games. Casinos and lotterys aren't built on winners. An accounting firm? One government agency policing another government agency? Or a whole outside agency that there whole sole purpose is to make sure there game is legit? And the company that pays them is the company there checking into? Seems fishy. Just my opinion though. But always remember the name Edward Tippton.

I think its all rigged. My state started computer draws a year or so ago. Every week they post who won. They call it this weeks winners. Apparently no one ever wins pick 4 anymore. And all the other games seem to go in rotation. One week 7-8 Keno winners prizes range around 10k. Then the next week it will be the computer horse racing game. Maybe you should ask to visit the lottery headquarters and see how the drawings as they occur.

They must have an accounting firm that certifies the authenticity of the drawings.

Call them just to see if they will comply with a visit.

I think it all depends on one's perspective. While losers like me may believe the lottery is cheating, to winners, the lottery is fair.

I know most of the people here are mainly concerned with winning and posting formulas, results and predictions. I have a strange feeling that we are being duped and tricked. I don't think that ML (Michigan lottery) has been playing fairly and the draws they are showing us are from a database of thousands of pre recorded drawings.
