			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello All,<br /><br />1st post here.<br /><br />I&#x27;m playing around with Lottery Looper. For those that have used it/use it what does the range locater actually do? I&#x27;ve gone through the manual a few times and am still at a loss as to what it should accomplish. I&#x27;ve tried You Tube and Google with out much luck.
