That rule would have booted several members years ago.

And saved me from some ridiculously harassing pms demanding to know my system and how they could work it into a winning system. Fortunately, we can block those members.

Ethical and legal considerations? As long as you are not breaking into lottery HQ and manipulating the ball machine and/or hacking into their random computer generated number system, you are free to use whatever number prediction system you create. You do not have a legal or ethical obligation to the lottery for any number prediction system. Nor would there be any legal implications sharing such a system.

wow those are serious ethical and legal considerations. it's a good thing you don't have reliable system that would cause such serious legal and ethical issues. thank you ethanl for having a system that makes you spend more money than you ever win. you have saved humanity.

Ethical Concerns:

To my knowledge Eddie Tipton and Nick Perry never posted predictions on this site and neither did any of the state lottery officials that did visit this site. I'm pretty sure at least one person predicts winning pick 3 numbers daily and never read where state lotteries changed their because of it.

Legal Implications:

If someone on this site discovered a way to reliably get 12 numbers from 45 that include the winning 6 numbers it would be a significant breakthrough in probability and lottery prediction. but sharing such information would involve ethical and practical considerations:
