That's much harder to explain. It MIGHT be an IT/ human error that caused 15 years of data to fall off the report when actually more data than that was planned to be removed. Reports such as these are some times trimmed. It could be the date range parameters used to delete data off the report had a typo in them and not all data they planned to delete was trimmed. I'm not sure what you mean. The original snips were from the official New Hampshire Lottery website, which is also where I looked recently, and saw that 15 years of winner data was missing... The website has been re-designed, and perhaps is under a different domain, but that doesn't explain a 15-year gap in winner information on the new site.

Although I don't have an explanation for the 15 year gap in the data, I think it's very likely that St. Pierre was a ticket discounter . By discounter I mean he bought winning tickets at a discount from other players that didn't want to claim the prize themselves. He probably stopped discounting because he got caught. As BobP said in his post something happened to St. Pierre making him unable to continue. Having The New Hampshire Lottery come down on you would be a good reason to stop discountin... [ More ]

My guess is something happened to St. Pierre making him unable to continue. The domain was paid up ahead for five years and someone bought it. Did the new site promote lotto? Could try looking it up on the Web Archive Time Machine if we knew the domain.

I was going through some old pictures, and I found these snips I took many years ago. They are the Pick 3 and Pick 4 winnings of one Peter St. Pierre of Lebanon, New Hampshire. I thought I would check to see if his winning ways had continued, so I went to the New Hampshire website to look. I started scrolling down the winners list on the NH Lottery's website. T he list stopped at 2016, skipped fifteen years, and started back up at 2001. All record of PSP's wins are gone!
