There is probably an index function for this task, but the quick and dirty fix would be to open in a spreadsheet and copy

into the first 5 rows of column J and autofill the pattern down the whole column... then you can filter for A to just get the first draw and copy the rows to another sheet... rinse and repea... [ More ]

Do you know how to use the Index Function in Excel?

Is there a column in the data that identifies The Daily Draw ie: noon, at 3, extra, at 7, classic?

Could you post a picture of the File? That would enable someone to provide you with a Templet into which the draws could be seperated.

Hi friends, in my country there is a game called tris which is choosing a 5 digit number, there are 5 draws a day (tris noon, tris at 3, tris extra, tris at 7 and tris classic) here what I want to know is how I can separate the draws more quickly since the draws come mixed in an Excel CVV file and they are all together, could someone help me please
