Don't count your geese before they land on your porch!

Plenty of +1 -1, +1 -2, -1 +5, workouts on LP. The +123 is fairly common as well.

I hear you! This video is part of a much larger topic based on numerology and the human mind having potential to prophesy...the lotto being a game that stimulates the mind. So to me anyway there seemed to be some substance to it because of all that

What's good fam..

I just joined this site so if I'm asking a question that's already been answered my bad. I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of this workout method before..rather than trying to explain it when I don't fully understand each step I'll just provide the video link.
