			<description><![CDATA[<p>BE ADVISED: This is different than the usual Followers/Leaders chart I post. This is DOUBLE Followers/Leaders, so it tracks the 2nd draw before and after each number. Thanks to HugeBens who suggested this idea in the Virginia thread. This chart differs from the usual Follower/Leader chart in another important way. In this chart, I have switched off the sorting of each line so that the numbers appear in draw order.
