			<description><![CDATA[<p>PA is split, mid day draws are all Computerized, while the evening games are drawn mechanically.<br /><br />Every attempt I have made to come up with a system for the games have only ever had wins on the day draws, so that may be the easier target, although the wins are few and far between. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Many state lotteries now have computerized drawings with random generators instead of ball sets because ball sets are more expensive and require replacing ball sets after certain periods of time. Is it worth picking numbers if random generators are selected. At least you can pick an overdue number that will eventually show up for physical balls that are drawn.</p>]]></description>
