Any computer can take the numbers from blood work, compare it to normal and print out the highs and lows. From there some human with a brain has to determine the diagnosis, the prognosis, drugs, and treatment process

Hello, Mar ty, it is 100% certain that there are millions of civilizations that are different from each other, just like people, no two are exactly the same. But why is there disbelief among the population in the presence of aliens? Then the question arises: where are all these people (aliens)? I thought this was an original question. I agree that super advanced worlds would likely not have a need for lotteries, assuming everyone was financially comfortable.

But some people play for entertainment purposes and lotteries could still be used for that purpose ( assuming the beings are close to or similar to humans).

Look at the book 1984.

It was probable that there were some millions of proles for whom the Lottery was the principal if not the only reason for remaining alive.
