I agree with you. My state switched to all computer draw games. I would love to buy t8ckets to ball draw games again. I refuse to play computer draw games.

Tennessee Lottery needs to go online. It is not fair to have sports betting and not online lottery.

We're not truly free as the propaganda proclaims, not even close. I suspect the real reason everyone isn't allowed to play anywhere is because they don't have a system to handle it, accept payments and handle payouts. Isn't like they could just buy the 5D software because they never had the problem of reimbursing each state's profits. Those who bet on horse races can bet any track in the good ole USA regardless of what state they reside in. Why the same rules don't apply to lottery play who knows.

I think the reasoning behind that is to ensure that locals get a chance at winning the in state games.

Most of the in-state games have lower odds that ensure someone wins. The state is always happy when a local is the winner.

Otherwise guys in California, Florida, Illinois etc would be winning all local lotteries in every state.

However when traveling across state lines, one can still play any lottery and am yet to be told, no you can't buy this because you don't live here.

I think you should be able to play lottery in any state whether you live in that state or not. Who freaking cares as long as you're paying. I use to live in Georgia and was a member of the Georgia Lottery Players Club. When I moved out of state, I can no longer be a member because I'm no longer a resident of that state. Who freaking cares, I'm still spending my money. What do you think
