They call it a Smart Contract. Its essentially temper proof and nobody controls it - its decentralized.

Thats what i love about it so far. I can see the entire thing in real time.

I have won small prizes a few times so I do believe its legit and it works but i wanted to get more information before I went heavier into it.

From my understanding it uses the blockchain to ensure security and verifiable proof and that the picks are truly random but thats as much as I know.
