And now a word of warning...

The above chart makes it look inevitable that we are going to get a Trip hit in the next 15 days. This is NOT true. My workup cherry-picked examples where the workup produced results, but I also ignored a LOT of instances where the workup FAILED.

Virginia has drawn four Trips in their Pick 4 in the past 15 days. We are hoping that means we will get a Trip in the Pick 3. STell743 theorized that we will get a trip in the next two weeks. Because of the 15 days since the first one, I stretched the window to 15 days and went hunting in the history. Here is a chart of the setup:
