Just a friendly suggestion Elizabeth, if playing lotto games where you can pick your own numbers is stressing you out because you don't know what numbers to pick, why don't you try games where you don't get a choice? Doesn't your province have a game called Bucko where you get three lines of quick picks with no option to choose your own numbers? Doesn't your province have scratch offs

In a casino I don't like slot machines, but I don't tell people not to play them.

To play any 6/49 lottery you need to play all 49 numbers per draw. What I do is play eight 6 number lines with no repeat of numbers in successive lines. 8x6=48 numbers leaving one out. Also I found that the greatest majority of the first number of the six number line is made up of the ones 1-9 and majority of the last number of the six number lines are made up of the forties 40-49. A great majority of 6/49 draw lines will have the first number 1-9 and sixth 40-49.

Maybe try choosing 1 of the odds/1 of the evens and 4 mixed since there are 2x as many mixed numbers than odd/even.

Yes only with thoughtful number selection so the combinations will have basic balances of the types found in most winning combinations rather than QP type number selection for the blocks. Garbage in garbage out.

if you do instacart a lot and you have a regularish delivery person who considers you a regularish customer, you could ask them to get you a lotto ticket. they'd just have to trust that you'd pay them back in cash at the door because it's an off-app purchase. someone i know said they got cigs delivered that way a couple times, so why not lotto.

You start too many threads complaining how hard it is to win the lottery. It's supposed to be hard, by design. If it bothers you that much you should stop playing. The lottery is supposed to be a fun diversion, not a source of stress.

If you feel a compulsion to play and are getting upset when you don't win, then you might have gambling addiction.
