There are a lot of perfect people.

In 2010, there were about 477 people in the United States with the last name Perfect . This was a 15.22% increase from 2000, when there were 414 people.

One you may have heard of. Christine McVie of the band Fleetwood Mac was formally known as Christine Perfect.

Google it. This is 3rd grade stuff. Plurals by themselves do not need apostrophes. Dogs. Cats. Jackpots. And if it is possessive, it becomes Todd's cat or Todd's cats. People will win jackpots. Cats like toys. Plural nouns .

Possessive = My cat's toy.

You were using the words jackpots and apostrophes as a plural (not a possessive) so no apostrophe is needed in the sentence.

If someone is referring to your jackpot, it becomes Elizabeth's jackpot. Totally different grammatical situations.
