In regards to the link, once one opens it, at the end there are several more similar links about multiple winners that copied each other filling out game cards. There was also a story years ago regarding PB where people played their fortune cookie numbers and there were multiple winners for 5-0.

What made me think of patterns was there'a a casino in egas that has / had a special $1 fice spot Keno ticket, One of the regular casino pl ayers had very deep pockets and he would play that $1 special for $50 at a time. He always played a ticket like 2 11 21 21 22............. not always tjpse numbers but always that pattern (just picture a keno boad.)

The guy had incredible luck (money goes to money) and often while he was waiting for his $50,000 payoff he'd play v... [ More ]

There's a good reason lotteries don't put out for publication how many people play specific combinations and patterns, because if people knew how many they'd be sharing their prize with, they'd stop playing that way.

I don't anymore, way back when I would play numbers from past draws, sometimes random, sometimes diagonal. Don't recall winning anything substantial that way.
