Or would the 3 least frequently drawn numbers be considered cold?<br /><br />Or should some limit be applied? In a 0-9 game, each number has a 10% expectation.<br /><br />If a number appeared in X number of draws enough times to get 12% or more, that would be a better indicator of hot , and maybe 8% or less would be considered cold ?
