Some states take time to update the system to allow payouts for winning tickets. Those states claim even though they use a random number generator aka computer which they say gets updated before the actual drawing. Go figure

So I went to cash my midday 635 combo tickets at 2 pm. The drawing had not been finalized. I do not play often, but thus never happened to me. Has anyone else had a similar situation
