Same here. Way to much for a pipe dream. I took my money that was used for mega millions. And use that money for lucky for life. Win less but the odds are drastically lower to. I will buy a mega millions ticket if it gets over 800 million. But just 1 ticket per draw till it's hit. Then wait till the next draw reaches that amount and do the same. Just sucks for me. I've been playing the same numbers for years

So, now, a Megamillions ticket has gone up to $5. I won't be playing that so much anymore. They claim they made changes for the better in the game, even touting the fact that they have reduced the number field for the mega ball by one. It is now 1 - 24 (used to be 1 - 25). Still $5 is too much for one ticket.
