I agree. Of course running a lottery is not necessary to fund education. Instead of spending the profits on education and skimming the money, they should invest the profits into the players in the form of many more wins.

Education has been funded for centuries without a lottery,

That money should go back to the people buying the tickets in the form of biggers prizes and more wins.

Texas takes drawing integrity very seriously. They even post their test draw numbers on the website.

They still drew the same number three times in four nights (Texas doesn't draw on Sundays). Given the vast size of the state of Texas, many people there have a home address number 277.

I agree with you about raising the winning percentage. They should increase the payout amount for ALL games.

They should lower the jackpot payout amount and increase the number of smaller prizes (ex. a million $5,000.00 winners).

The lottery should be more player friendly, allowing more players to win.

First off it starts with the Numbers that's on your specific playsheet and that is why when they do the draw they'll go

pick 3 pick 4 pick 5 cash 5 and some states have an alternate game they scramble all of your numbers up within those games EVERY DIGIT U PLAY that's jus the beginning.Ill have to make a video to show u guys so I can break it down and then you'll see what I mean

If yall wanna beat these ppl you gotta stop playing then they'll either have to shut the game down or raised the winning percentage...It's amazing that in any giving state all pick 4 players play all these types of combinations yet 1 person get it straight 200 people get it boxed if they not finding these combinations with the least amount of winners that's is what not fair

No one in the history of pick 3 or pick 4 has won twice in the same day? i.e. no one EVER buys a two (or more) drawing ticket with the same numbers boxed that also get drawn? I really doubt that. Do you have proof of this statement or is it the usual the lottery is cheating because I didn't win

Wow, that is quite the conspiracy theory. The Michigan Lottery decided to screw you over (for fun, I guess? this certainly isn't a profitable endeavor). Because the terminals don't know who is buying the ticket as it's cash and anonymous, they had a surveillance van follow you around to confirm you did not purchase a pick 3 ticket with your house number. Then they purposely chose your house number for the next four drawings.
