Also noticed a couple other pairs listed that showed up but not with the 3rd number i had selected. If they do not revisit with the 3rd number from list then may need to reconfigure how to get the proper 3rd number. Running pairs can be costly, especially for an entire week

Going off these north Carolina numbers listed, and if I'm understanding the fireball correctly,

North Carolina p-3 6x1 (x=0,1,3,5,6,9 ?)

There would be a box hit with the fireball on :

Tuesday midday : 670 FB = 1, 610 box w/FB

I believe all 4 PA p-2 numbers made a showing, however as mentioned earlier, the payout (especially with the wild ball) is lackluster.
