			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tell me , am l the only one see this. Everyone should be raising a whole lot of noise. It is literally physically mathematically impossible to have a one digit missing for more than 30 days in the pick three lottery with three cylinders machines. We tested this 15 years ago when the Non was missing when we did. It came up all the time like regular numbers so where is the 4.... that has been missing this long. I don&#x27;t understand.
