In the NY/NJ areas the race tracks weere rotated to avoiud &#x27;coillusion&#x27; but speaking pf collusion, the folks who booked that action snt people to the track being used to place last minute bets to &#x27;asurs&#x27; that certain numbers didn&#x27;t hit. The number was the last three dollar digits of the total mutual handle and numbers to be avoided were numbers like 776 on July 4th.</p>]]></description>
