They do it at the beginning to trick people into thinking it's easy to win. Then after a couple weeks they drop the hammer. This is just my opinion by the way. But I live in the States. And when my state switched over . Alotta people were winning. But now not so much. It seems like a pattern. One week it's people Hitting Keno. Next week it's racetrack. Then week after pick 5. I was wondering....since the change over from traditional ball drawings to a PRNG play system here in Ont do players here in Ont find wins easier to come by or harder to score?
