All I can tell you guys is the myth of the random lottery is becoming obsolete. The Kentucky Lottery uses a pseudo random number generator which is an algorithm. This random number generator has a seed. It is tiresome work but the formula can be ascertained from the data. No more random balls in the air in Kentucky. Actually, I had rather have random numbers, I like my chances more.

And then we had the same combo 3 times in 8 days with a back to back straight on the same day. And we also had the 1357 combo hit 3 in a row 2 times the 3579 hit 3 in a row twice, the 1379 3 ina row twice and the 1579 and 1359 hit 3 in a row once all in 283 AO drawings.

Here are 5 All Even Pick 4 single combos. They are 0246-0248-0268-0468-2468.

What's unusual is is to have the same combo hit 5 times in a row when an AE combo was drawn. How unusual? In my states entire history of AE P-4 singles, besides the 5 in a row I posted about, the next most times the same AE combo hit in a row was 3. And that happened 3 times out of 306 AE drawings.

I don't know how hard he worked to cherry pick those particular results, but it doesn't matter that they happen to be all even. The odds of any particular drawing being all even (or odd) digits is only 1 in 625 instead of the 1 in 10,000 chance when selecting from all 10 digits, but once you choose any specific 4 digit result the chances of a result with those same 4 digits isn't affected by which 4 dig... You didn't read what I wrote.

I just read what you wrote, and the post Tucker replied to (he posted, after he was done writing, 4 minutes after your other post) very clearly showed 7 results from a period of at least 2 1/2 months. I'm fairly sure no state has announced results for the 12/21/25 drawing of any game, so I have no idea exactly how long a period you've used but it's at least 99 days and the only consecutive drawings are for 2/23 when there's not even a box match.

In addition, all four digits were even . This does not make it more remarkable ; it makes it more expected .

Most states have 3 or 4 digit draw games twice a day. That's a lot of random numbers being generated. If you generate enough random numbers, you're bound to find interesting looking patterns, especially when you pick and choose the drawings like that. The drawings might not be perfectly random, but they're extremely close. Even if you could determine the very small deviations from perfectly random that result from a particular set of balls or a particular machine you'd have to know exactly what the deviations are and also know what machine and ba... There are methods where linear regression can help to predict data, but that is for Gaussian, or bell curve data. The lottery (any game) is a discrete uniform distribution where each ball has an equal chance of being drawn.

Might there be a way to look at draw data in a bell curve form? Might classification be a better approach than linear regression?

Always more questions than answers...

There is no such thing as an unknowable, we just don't know it yet. Random numbers are called such because they are too complex for us to easily ascertain the formula. Once someone does discover the formula, there will no longer be a lottery system. So I suppose let's just enjoy this temporarily unknowable search for the future number.
