Texas pick 3 and other states

I'm In Texas so this mostly applies to Texas players but could also apply to other states

Do some of you guys not bother with picking numbers everyday and just use numbers to play all month?

I play off the last winning number of the month and create a tic tac toe grid (any style works really but I noticed tic tac toe produces the most wins)
