			<description><![CDATA[<p>I believe that the government money goes to the physical plant, staff, teachers, food for breakfasts and lunches, and so on. The supplies mentioned are what the parents are supposed to supply their children with - notebooks, paper, pencils, rulers, etc. Some kids from less fortunate families would not have any of this if not for the donations. That is what the lists by teachers are for. The teachers are not making lists for desks, school buses, playground equipment, etc., but for the very basic</p>]]></description>
