			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve been playing around with state lottery data and noticed something interesting that I wanted to see what you all think.<br /><br />It looks like different states might have their own lucky numbers . For example: On July 30th, Wisconsin&#x27;s evening draw was 088. If you add 216: 088 + 216 = 304.
