Always smart to scan everything. In PA, they've started using odd typefaces that can be difficult to read and complicated add-on prizes. I think the whole point of that is that some players will get confused and toss out winners. That could be what happened with the game you're trying to find. Some of those big winners may have ended up in a trash heap just because a percentage of players don't scan anything.

Interesting. I agree the legislature couldn't care less about players.

This particular game hasn't yielded a top prize winner since November 2024, which makes sense because, as I mentioned, you can't find it anywhere.

I just don't get the logic of not making it more widely available.

The lottery doesn't know which tickets are winners, since they're printed in a secure facility. The only way for them to guarantee all top prizes are won is to leave the game open and wait for people to play it.

I agree, it's crummy for them to end a game when 6 of 14 top prizes remain. Then again, if the players won't play it, then there's no point in stocking the shelves with tickets people won't buy. Most people pick tickets based on looks not stats.

There's a $5 game I play in FL called The Game of Life . It launched in August of 2023. I live in central Florida and it's very hard to find. I only know of two places that have it.

They announced it's ending next month despite more than half the prizes remaining, including six of the fourteen top prizes of $500,000.

I'm curious, after two years hasn't the Lottery made its money back? Also, when a game is ending do they push out the remaining prizes before the Purchase Before date?
