If I was the borrower/winner and the person who loaned me the money said, Just give it back if I need something , I would repay them anyway.

If I was the person loaning the money, at my best, i'd have no expectations.

If they paid me back, fine. If not, it wouldn't matter to me.

Saying something like, You don't have to pay me back, but secretly hoping that you get compensated from their winnings is honestly a resentful slippery slope IMHO if they don't give you a cut of their winnings because they had no idea you wanted to be compensated anything from their winnings.

If I loaned the money, and later discovered the person who borrowed it had won between 500 and 15000 dollars, I would tell them they didn't owe me anything. But would secretly be expecting them to compensate me. 100 dollars of the winnings would be a noble gesture.

If I borrowed the money and won. I would definitely compensate the person I borrowed the money from. 100 percent without question. Would I be obligated to do so. No.

You need to be more clear with your wording. If you mean you won $120 then paid back the $30, you would be up $90. If you mean you have $120 left after paying back the $30 then you would have won $150 and be up $120 but this is really anyone's guess as you can't put sentences together properly.

There is a huge difference between borrowing money for a home or car or business vs bumming money because you are a grifter or deadbeat with a habit.

Borrowing or bumming a $1 for gambling has zero connection to building trust. I have never bummed money for gambling and I am in the vast majority.

It helps build relationships and trust .

Everyone gambles knowingly and unknowingly.

Sometimes people disappeared (moved or quit their job) right when I was about to.

If you've never borrowed money for anything, that's probably not smart. Every millionaire / billionaire in history HAS in someway taken a gamble on something.

The only help I need is more wins and better selections . lol.

I honestly thought this was going to be something like, Do you owe the person who loaned you the money a huge cut of your winnings? Or just the money they loaned you back?
