			<description><![CDATA[<p>I had something happen yesterday I&#x27;ve never seen before. I bought a batch of $5 PA scratchers and always scan them after scratching using the ticket checker feature of the phone app. One of the tickets was clearly a $20 winner. When I scanned it, the app said it was a $10 winner. I scanned a second ticket that was clearly NOT a winner. The app said it was a $10 winner, too. The app had been running slow and I set the tickets aside to check again later.
