Yes I would under the following conditions.

1. Keep the ticket cost at $2

2. Remove the annuity nonsense and only have cash value

3. Like most countries in Europe - give zero $$$ to Uncle Sam as taxes.

Mmh, I see a 5 Billion jackpot, unless they have the must win when it gets to a certain amount and the money distributed across second or third and fourth etc, like they do in some countries

I have bought multi country lottery tickets as part of a pool. The pool bought Euro Millions and Euro Jackpot tickets when there have been bonus draws with huge jackpots. The jackpots were well over $100 million and the odds are better than both Powerball and Mega Millions.

The idea is interesting.

For me it would depend on the cost, the odds, and jackpot amount/growth rate along with the lower tier payout amounts compared to what any current games offer.

Somehow I fear that the cost and odds would not be favorable.

But, the dollar amounts might be tempting enough for an occasional monster jackpot play.

there was some chatter about powerball expanding to other countries with one shared prize pool. for me that would be a permanent turn off regardless of which countries. what do you think
