Prince Andrew (Andrew Windsor-Mountbatten these days) was known as 'Randy Andy' long before he and Jeffrey Epstein found each other.

I think he rigged it. Just my opinion though. I just find it odd a guy that infiltrated the government. Won a jackpot. Well technically he did not win. But his trust did. Good point though. Like you said he could have simply bought it. Either way to me it's weird. I think I'm going to dig into it a little deeper. See who was running the lottery then. Who they are ect ect ect.......

I think he had enough money to buy it really .. or had some dirt on somebody from MUSL along wit utha high profile people, or in cohorts with pre info on itz riggin ,.

If a Manager of Epson's property signed the paperwork for the jackpot payout, then Epstein 's Estate GOT the money..

The Wealthy Powerful often use Trusts exactly to hide direct association with financial transactions...

It is crazy how much this guy got around with all the powerful and rich elite all over the world. People implicated are from all over from the UK to Norway to the Middle East. The conspiracy theories say he was a Mossad agent who set honeypot traps for Israel, others say Russia. Who knows what was what
