I don't know how many years ago I looked into how easy picks are generated on the terminals but somewhere on an official site the answer was the terminals use both time of day and past numbers run through the individual terminal... I haven't checked to see if that's still how they do it.

I must look superstitious to the clerks when I ask for an easy pick first before they run my slip as the whole reason I get easy picks is so they don't resemble my numbers.

This would happen to me when PB and MM was a buck. I used to pick my own numbers. And the Qp's would look simular. I found it odd.

It's probably just random variation. But if you don't like the QP generator, then pick your own numbers instead of whining about it.

I've bought plenty of QP single tickets from that machine for that game. It's a 5/45 progressive game and most often a single QP from that machine spits out a first number in the 20s.

You bought two lines, one with your numbers and the second one QP?

But if you buy QP only, it always gives you high numbers? Okay, but how many single QP tickets have you bought? You can't make any conclusions about the QP generator off two data points.
