I was gonna start driving out to va once a month to get pick 5 tickets. And pb and mm. If I hit the pb or mm the taxes would be lower. And I swear I read somewhere va was rng. This is wild..... That means no more Millionaire for Life. All of Colorado&#x27;s in-state draw games are RNG.
