Number frequency statistics are one of many tools used for identifying patterns in lottery output.

Patterns exist on all levels of lottery analysis: numbers, digits in numbers, wheels and even whole combinations.

One of the properties of patterns in lotteries is their duration. Majority of patterns are short-lived but there are some that last longer. These can be identified and used for playing.

Sorry to bombard your post. I just get tired of a certain persons unhelpful smug comments. I personally have no clue on how to pick hot or cold numbers . And make it work. But I hope you receive some helpful advice. That helps you out. Good luck

I can't be that dumb. I have a fantastic job. Awesome family. And i make a little bit of extra scratch trading stocks. And that seems pretty good for someone who can't pass the 3rd grade. just my opinion And I was super close to winning this weekend. 1 number hit. 3 numbers where off by 3. And 2 numbers off by 2. I have an answer and maybe most members will think about what I am about to say.

if you mean state lotteries or the big games lotteries you count back not once but twice. The second time that number was drawn you count how many draws and that is when it will come out. I will test that. not saying guaranteed.

as long as the rng computer or ball machine is working correctly, all the numbers or combinations have an equal probability of being picked, so it doesn't matter what range you use for hot/cold analysis. it's not going to give you an edge because the past drawings do not affect future drawings.

when picking hot and cold numbers what the best method for picking them how many draws ago do u use whats the best method that u figured out to be right i would like to hear all suggestions do u do 20 draws 50 or 100 what is the best one u think
