O.O We are in a recession.

Just because the President said not possible for the federal government to fund Medicare, Medicaid and child care costs . it doesn't mean we're in a recession. The price of gas is only up 55% since March, but the 3.5% inflation should offset that next January when Social Security recipients get an over 3% cost-of-living adjustment providing they don't lose their Medicare and/or Medicaid benefits.

If you don't like the $20 Cash Pop ticket, Florida Lottery's $500,000 Cash Blitz scratch-off ticket must really upset you. Most stores selling lottery products have stands usually with a ticket scanner and play slips near the Kiosk machines. Saw stacks of opened $20 scratchers over an inch high right next to the scanner and the trash can is usually full of $5, $10, and $20 losing scratchers.
