It will be interesting to see how this impacts the Fantasy 5.

The odds for the Fantasy 5 are 575,757 to 1 while the Daily 5 odds are 100,000 to 1. The Fantasy 5 can be split but I don't know what the payout cap on the Daily 5 is.

You could either buy one Fantasy 5 per day and maybe split a Jackpot or you could go for $350,000 with better odds one day per week by buying 7 Daily 5 tickets once per week.

I just saw the flyer for the coming Daily 5 game and on the bottom it has two notices.

One says that the amount you can spend in a self service machine is going from $100 to $500 and the other says they are raising the amount a retailer can pay out from $600 to $999.99.

It doesn't say anything about taxes between $600 and $999.99.

This all happens with the intro of the Daily 5 game on 24 Aug.

BTW it does show all the bet types for the Daily 5 are the same as available for the 3 a... [ More ]
