Both lump sum payments and annuities have pros and cons Maybe Cuban is trying to save some jackpot winners from sudden wealth syndrome. Do some research on how many jackpot winners take the lump sum and how long before it&#x27;s gone, pretty interesting. Now that the UK has Power Ball they only have one choice, the annuity.</p>]]></description>
