Looks like someone wants to be the LP opinions judge. I'd ask the real players which is the better bet; one $50 scratcher to ten X O tickets, but the judge might riled up again.

P.S. I'm not interested in NFL Prizes either.

Holy carp. Thanks for that link. That's completely ridiculous. I can't imagine the letdown the people felt who thought they had won 20K.

I wonder if they'll change the game immediately? Cuz that sucks.

You called it... No jackpot winner, but as seen in my previous post, the pari-mutuel payout came into play with so many winners.

The winning NFL team logos selected in the inaugural drawing were the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to game rules, lower-tier prizes may be paid on a pari-mutuel basis when prize liability limits are reached. In the Sept. 13 drawing, there were more winning tickets than statistically expected across multiple prize tiers. Combined with sales from the game's first drawing, this resulted in lower-tier prizes being paid on a pari-mutuel basis.

No one matched all 8 teams. Lower-tier prize payouts for the Sept. 13 drawing were:

I checked last night and the estimated jackpot was showing $1 million. It's still showing that even though there wasn't a jackpot winner... Sales weren't strong enough to support the first jackpot, so it's at $1 million again

It's not available in my state at launch, but I heard we should be getting it in a few months.

It's definitely not appealing to me at the $1 million starting jackpot, but I'll be watching from the sidelines to see how large the jackpot gets.

It's simply a pick 8 of 32 draw game but using logos rather than numbers 1-32.

I like the fact that people won't be able to whine about being one away . But I have no use for NFL prizes in the second chance drawings. So no thanks.

The game isn't available in Texas, Wisconsin, or Illinois. That might affect the number of plays those teams get.

i wonder what the birthday numbers equivalent picks are in this game. chad g petey says the cowboys, chiefs, steelers, patriots, packers and bears are the most popular. i think it needs to add the eagles and 49ers too. if you pick some or all of those are you more likely to share a jackpot

Sorry, I looked at the prize wrong. Odds of hitting minimum prize is 1 in 14 and the prize is a less-than-exciting $7.

You know they have to be running these ideas past focus groups before moving forward on them. If you're on the focus group, are you saying heck yes, I'd buy that! I'd be asking what else ya got

Coming in September to PA. Doesn't sound particularly exciting to me. $5 and the minimum prize is $14 for getting half of them correct. Whoever's working up the new game ideas needs to work a bit harder to get my $5.

Is anyone gonna play the new Powerball product? It's not available in my state but even if it was no way I'd spend $5 on a ticket with a starting JP of 1 million.
