A first-generation PRNG formula could be broken with a sufficient amount of past drawings. I'm sure no lottery today uses this cheap system, but that was what a RNG used to be, many years ago (like 1980's technology). Start with one seed, generate a number, then generate another number when one is needed, etc. Never seed it again and never generate a number when it's not needed.

Any modern computer, even your smart phone, has the capability to generate numbers unpredictably. Re-seed the RNG... [ More ]

Yeah, but no, but yeah, but no.

I've experienced NN_Pred 3.0, capture six numbers out of seven in only five lines. One of the lines had three of the numbers correct.

So it's possible it can find trends, but perhaps I had to play 100 lines to be able to ensure a six out of seven.

Of course this won't happen in all draws, either.

However, looking at how quantum computing and lottery security intersect reveals a few critical gaps that break this strategy in practice:

Modern Lotteries Do Not Use Software PRNGs

While some digital lotteries historically used basic software formulas, major regulated lotteries today use Hardware Random Number Generators (TRNGs) or physical ball machines. Hardware-based TRNGs gather entropy from unpredictable physical phenomena, such as thermal noise, photoelectric effects, or atmospheric

I believe the answer is yes but not yet. RNG uses a mathematical formula to produce unbiased outputs according to Google. However the weakness in RNG is the algorithm formula. Each lottery holds a formula they determine for RNG play. RNG uses deterministic mathematical algorithms. This is a close guarded secret. But quantum AI is made to solve complex problems. It just a matter of time before quantum AI computing will be able to determine the formulas used to produce the outputs in RNG. Once AI

Why not just ask AI? I did, and it said that it could not because lottery drawings are designed to produce random outcomes. But AI has been known to hallucinate, and I know that AI can be manipulated depending on how you talk to it. I got it to give me these numbers for tonight's Mega Millions drawing:

White Balls: 14, 28, 41, 53, 67 Gold Mega Ball: 18

I don't think this set of numbers will hit, and I'm not recommending that anyone else should play them. I do think it will show you that... [ More ]
