I noticed the same thing over there.My husband traced alot of the IP's and you are very correct that so many of the names are one and the same person. I pay no attention to the Congratulatory post as its not real, but like you said, its a good place to do research on numbers. By the way, for GA I like 844-937 and 021.

Maybell's is good for research but just take the message board with a grain of salt as you have one person posting as many others so when you see Congratulations all the time from the same few people to the same few people just ignore it...Its just one person on AOL using all of his screen names to post using different IP numbers but there all from AOL...A real joke..But again, it is a great site just to do research.
