			<description><![CDATA[<p>I live in Indiana, where the power ball is, but I think this might work for the big game too.For a long time now, my wife and I have realized that if you buy a quick pick for 3.00 that each line will regulary have one or two numbers but not enogh to win money. And we have been taking those quick picks and rearranging those numbers. Yesterday I was thinking about grandma pats theory she posted, where the 5 numbers are from the top 17 numbers of the last 40 draws.
